We are a U.S.-registered online retailer serving customers in Canada. These conditions govern your use of the site and orders submitted through the online storefront. They do not remove rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Products, availability, and order acceptance

Product descriptions, photographs, variants, and stock information are prepared with reasonable care. Display appearance may vary by screen. Stock may change before checkout is accepted; adding an item to a cart does not hold it for you. If a material listing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, or stock issue prevents fulfilment, we may contact you to correct or cancel the order and refund any captured payment as appropriate.

Prices, currency, and taxes

We cover applicable import duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges, and brokerage fees for deliveries to Canada, so no additional import bill should be due on delivery.

Payment

Shipping and order changes

We offer free standard shipping throughout Canada with no minimum purchase. Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days and standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days; the usual total estimate is 5–8 business days. All delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; it may be possible only before processing or carrier handoff and cannot be guaranteed.

Returns and consumer rights

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy. Approved returns go to a designated U.S. returns centre using a prepaid label or equivalent free return method; the store covers the approved cross-border return costs described in that policy. Nothing here limits consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.

Website text, layout, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and may be used only as allowed by law and the site’s functions. Third-party links are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
