Shipping Policy

This page explains Canadian delivery for orders placed at herschelca.shop, from handling time through parcel support.

Shipping area and cost

We ship to customers in Canada. Every Canadian order qualifies for free standard shipping; there is no order minimum.

Order processing and delivery estimates

We generally prepare orders for dispatch in 1–2 business days. Once the carrier has the parcel, standard transit is usually 4–6 business days. From order processing to arrival, the normal overall estimate is 5–8 business days. All times are indicative rather than guaranteed; weekends, holidays, distance, weather, busy seasons, and carrier issues can lengthen the journey.

Tracking and delivery issues

If a tracking number is issued, it is emailed to the address on the order after dispatch; the carrier’s first scan may not appear immediately. If the tracking page stops updating or reports an exception, send support your order reference. Please also report a parcel that seems lost or arrives damaged without delay.

Address changes

If you spot an address error, contact support right away. We can ask for a change only before processing or carrier handoff, and the carrier may not accept it.

Import duties, taxes, and delivery charges

For Canadian deliveries, the store pays applicable customs duties and taxes, clearance costs, and brokerage. The carrier should not collect an extra import bill at the door. Any applicable sales taxes or other amounts collected at checkout will be shown before you submit your order.

Returns

For a return or exchange, see our Returns & Refunds policy and wait for authorization and return instructions before shipping an item. The business mailing address is not a return address.
